Known browser issues

  • If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or above, for the application to work properly, you might have to add the Onboard Administrator domain to your trusted sites. The Onboard Administrator web interface is only supported when running Internet Explorer 8 in compatibility mode. For more information, see Internet Explorer Help.
  • If you are using Mozilla Firefox 3.6 or above, pressing the ESC key disconnects any open XMLHttpRequest connections, resulting in unexpected client behavior. For more information, see the Mozilla article.
